A tool for anatomical tissue repairs, such as ligament repair and reconstruction with suture and/or graft passage, employing a pin with a suture passing mechanism. The passing guide pin is made of stainless steel and there is an eyelet at the distal end of the pin, which provides a suture loading from the instrument.
